Common areas and swimming pools: The resort offers a wide range of facilities for the enjoyment of all owners, including a children's play area, a recreational pool, an impressive 25-metre semi-Olympic pool, a paddle tennis court, an outdoor and indoor gym, a petanque court, a modern coworking room ideal for teleworking or holding meetings, as well as a multipurpose room for various activities.
All homes at Finestrat Paradise Resort will have an A energy rating, ensuring maximum efficiency and savings. The resort has a self-consumption system of up to 35 KWh (located above the gym) to supply the common areas. Each apartment block is equipped with solar panels of between 3 and 6 KWh for the shared areas of each building. In addition, the homes with a private solarium (on the second floor) will have 3 exclusive solar panels for the self-consumption of each home. All villas have their own private installation of solar panels of up to 6kW.
